إجراءات معالجة الطلب:
بدء معالجة الطلب: بمجرد استلام طلبكم، سنقوم فوراً بتحريك عجلة معالجته لضمان الشحن العاجل.
الجدول الزمني للتوصيل: الطلبات المتوفرة لدينا عادةً ما تتطلب مدة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 15 يوم عمل للتوصيل عبر شركائنا المعتمدين في الشحن.
أوقات العمل:
Please be aware that our operating hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Delivery schedules may be affected during seasonal or religious holidays.
Order Status:
Orders in the 'processing' phase are being prepared for dispatch. Any requests for changes or cancellations are best addressed at this stage. After dispatch, it becomes increasingly difficult to modify or cancel orders. Orders marked as 'completed' in our system cannot be altered or canceled.
