Product exchange & return cases:
- Products purchased will be exchanged and returned within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- The order will be exchanged or returned provided that the product is in the original factory packaging or in the same state of delivery.
- The order is received again by the shipping company, and the value of the product is refunded with a purchase voucher, bank transfer, credit card transfer, Vodafone cash, or cash, according to payment method.
- The product can be replaced or returned if an incorrect order is received from the company. In this case, the order is delivered back to the company and must remain in the condition in which it was delivered. The packaging must be intact and contain no damage. Once we receive the return, we deposit the amount paid through the available methods.
- If a product is returned (such as small appliances), it shall be returned with the original case or cover and the original sticker. The acceptance of the return is conditional only on an identified defect in manufacturing.
Cases of non-exchange or return of the product:
- If the return is requested outside the specified time frame of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition as received.
- Anything missing from the package you received including price tags, labels, original packaging, free accessories and any parts included with the product.
General Conditions:
Homes Couture reserves the right to refuse the return of any product by the customer if the returned product does not meet the conditions or directives of return (rejected product) and the customer is not entitled to return his money if the request for the return of the product is denied.
