Order Status: 

Orders in the 'processing' phase are being prepared for dispatch. Any requests for changes or cancellations are best addressed at this stage. After dispatch, it becomes increasingly difficult to modify or cancel orders. Orders marked as 'completed' in our system cannot be altered or canceled.
