Commencement of Order Processing: Upon receipt of an order, we will immediately commence the processing. Our objective is to expedite the dispatch process.

Delivery Schedule: Orders from our existing inventory are expected to be delivered within 5 to 15 working days, subject to courier availability.

Please be aware that our operating hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Delivery schedules may be affected during seasonal or religious holidays.

Order Status: 

Orders in the 'processing' phase are being prepared for dispatch. Any requests for changes or cancellations are best addressed at this stage. After dispatch, it becomes increasingly difficult to modify or cancel orders. Orders marked as 'completed' in our system cannot be altered or canceled.
